A Little About Her –

I got my first camera as a Christmas gift when I was just a little girl. I can remember taking pictures of everything and everybody! The older I got, the more I learned and my love for photography never died. When I met my husband that was one of the many things we found we had in common. We took many adventures together, cameras in hand, when we realized that we wanted to do this professionally – together. Today, I love photographing our two beautiful girls. I have learned more about portraiture from them than anything else. I try to capture every fleck of light caught in their eyes. When I don’t have a camera in my hand (or a little one in my arms) I am usually trying out new recipes, reading non-fiction, working with our church’s Serve Team, or indulging in my guilty pleasure – watching TV marathons of my favorite shows!

A Little About Him –

I was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, even went to college there where I met my beautiful wife Alisha. She then immediately moved me to a tiny little town in Virginia to be close to her family while we got settled into our first few years of marriage. Two beautiful little girls and five years later, we picked up and moved to the Greensboro area, this time to be closer to friends and to grow spiritually. I graduated from Southeastern University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Theology. I love to cook fancy meals, start writing multiple novels, randomly pick up a brush and start painting, cram years worth of television into a few day Netflix marathon, and pretend to play guitar. Balancing work, family, and friends can sometimes be a challenge, but in the end, family will always win out for me when there is a tie!
